Are the cups dishwasher safe?

Yes - all Poki Yoki components are top-rack dishwasher safe

What materials are the cups made from?

The cup base is made from premium Tritan BPA-Free plastic, with food-grade silicone straws. Each piece is designed for long-term durability under normal household use. Poki Yoki is BPA, BPS, PVC and Phthalate Free.

How does the magnetic lid work?

The magnets are embedded into the lid and collars. The collars will snap into place based on the magnetic polarity to assemble the lid and start drinking. (Magnets are not accessible.)

Can I mix and match components?

Yes! Cups, lids, straws, and bases are all interchangeable so your system can adapt as your kids grow; from sippy style to a straw cup.

What ages are Poki Yoki cups designed for?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Returns must be initiated through our online return portal, as detailed in our Terms of Sale.

Do Poki Yoki cups come with a warranty?

Yes! Every Poki Yoki cup includes our Lifetime Quality Assurance Warranty. This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Failures in materials or workmanship
  • Malfunctioning magnets, lids, or body components under normal household use

Safety & Troubleshooting

Why are there small black particles near the magnet on my lid?

Those tiny black particles are trace iron that already exists in your tap water, picked up from natural minerals in groundwater or household pipes. It's something present in most tap water across the U.S. and the magnet in the lid simply attracts and concentrates those particles, making them visible for the first time.

The EPA classifies iron in drinking water as a secondary contaminant, meaning it's purely an aesthetic concern related to color and taste, not a health hazard.

The particles can easily be wiped away with a damp cloth!

Are Poki Yoki products tested for safety?

Yes. All materials are food-grade, child-safe, BPA-free, and compliant with relevant U.S. regulations for children’s food-contact products.

Are the magnets accessible?

No. The magnets are fully enclosed inside the lid and collars. They are not accessible to children and meet safety guidelines for household use.

My collars aren't connecting properly. What should I do?

Think of it like building a little house! The top collar has a triangle shape and the bottom collar has a square shape. To connect them correctly, just match the triangle to the triangle and the square to the square, like placing a roof on top of a house. When the shapes are aligned, the magnets will snap together perfectly every time.

If they still aren't connecting, also double check that both surfaces are dry and free of any debris that could be blocking the connection.

My valve feels loose or worn.

Valves naturally wear out over time and are considered replaceable. You can reorder them anytime from our website.
