Are the cups dishwasher safe?

Yes - all Poki Yoki hard components are top-rack dishwasher safe. The only exceptions are semi-disposable parts like straws and valves, which we recommend replacing periodically for hygiene and performance.

What materials are the cups made from?

All materials are food-grade, BPA-free, and designed for long-term durability under normal household use.

How does the magnetic base work?

Every Poki Yoki cup connects to a magnetic docking base that keeps the cup upright and stabilized while kids drink, eat, or play. It’s strong enough to prevent spills but easy for kids to lift straight up.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. All shipping options and rates appear during checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery windows vary based on the selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. Returns must be initiated through our online return portal, as detailed in our Terms of Sale.

Do Poki Yoki cups come with a warranty?

Yes! Every Poki Yoki cup includes our Lifetime Quality Assurance Warranty. This covers:

My valve feels loose or worn.

Valves naturally wear out over time and are considered replaceable. You can reorder them anytime from our website.
